Your agent's knowledge comes from the data sources you provide.
Supported Sources

Adding Data Sources
- Navigate to Agent Settings > Data Sources
- Click Add Source
- Choose your source type and upload or connect
- Wait for processing to complete
Re-training
When you update your data sources, click Retrain to update your agent's knowledge base. This typically takes 1-5 minutes depending on the amount of data.
